Currently, the ground floor and 1st floor are rented to the Vaslui Court with a 3-year contract with the
possibility of extension (and possibly renegotiation of the rent)
The Courthouse is to be renovated and the works will probably take many years (the last renovation in
the 90s lasted 8 years because it is a heritage building).
The lease agreement with the Vaslui Court (the credit orderer for the Vaslui Court) brings income of
93,000 lei per month - without utilities. (the contract is public and can be sent to interested persons)

Initially, the project provided for the second floor to be identical to the first floor, but we gave up on the
